Breakfast is served in our breakfast room with views across the glen which faces east and is perfectly situated to make the most of the morning sunshine. Served at a time to suit guests’ wishes between 8 and 9 am, but an earlier breakfast may be arranged.
We offer cooked breakfasts using ingredients from local sources as well as local specialities including:
- Smoked salmon with scrambled egg.
- A lighter option of yoghurt, cheese and meat with a Scottish ‘twist’ of oatcakes.
- Locally sourced and smoked haddock.
- We often have other special dishes depending on the availability of seasonal produce.
In addition to the breakfast service you can help yourself to a selection of cereals, grapefruit, homemade fruit compote, and fruit juice.
Breakfast is always accompanied by tea and ground coffee, decaffeinated or otherwise, as you wish, as well as toast and homemade preserves. A selection of herbal and fruit teas is also available.
